Special moped license?
Do you need a special license for a motorcycle or Vespa scooter in New York? I'd be 18 when I get it, and would be a Vespa LX
The Vespa LX is a 150cc scooter in New York State does not need a special license or even a motorcycle license mount. Only a regular driver's license D, so that the earliest age possible to get a "D" License is 17 which is all the requirement you need. Thanks to the first response is shown and idiot and nothing but the obvious. And Jace is, I would recommend the course riders to anyone, even non-riders, which may seem a lil too but Mike give people a little more idea how to drive a motorcycle is really real.
